Introduction
The HITEC Foundation invests in students preparing for careers in technology by providing financial assistance, professional mentorship, and pathways to internship opportunities. Since launching its scholarship program in 2017, the foundation has awarded a total of $1,518,000 in scholarships.
Who is eligible
- Graduating high school seniors, current undergraduate students, or graduate students.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Declared or intended major in Technology or an approved technology-related field.
- U.S. citizens, permanent legal residents, or individuals with active Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status.

Scholarship recipients may receive up to $5,000 to support their education.

To preserve impartiality and professional oversight, the HITEC Foundation’s scholarship process is managed by International Scholarship & Tuition Services, Inc. (ISTS), an independent organization that administers sponsored educational assistance programs.
