Key Housing Connections, a primary provider of temporary furnished accommodation in California, is committed to nurturing our communities and the upcoming generation who will contribute to the residential housing sector. The scholarship is aimed at those pursuing studies in design, engineering, management or investment related to housing. We are excited to announce our scholarship program for the academic year 2024-2025!

The scholarship opportunity is available to High School Seniors intending to attend college, as well as college students (freshman, sophomore, or junior) who are currently enrolled. We welcome applications from students across the United States with an interest in the housing, real estate or housing management sectors.

Submission Deadline:

Essays, in PDF format, must be received by August 1, 2025, for consideration for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Applicants are required to submit a personal essay in PDF format along with the initial application form provided below. Essays should not exceed 2000 words and must be an original piece of work.
