Bick Vocational/Trade School Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Bold.org
Too often, career paths that are hands-on and skill-based don’t receive the recognition they deserve, even though they keep our neighborhoods and industries running. Electricians, mechanics, medical technicians, welders, carpenters, and many other tradespeople perform essential work every day — work that merits the same respect and support given to college-bound routes.
Many students pursuing vocational training face extra hurdles: limited finances, caregiving duties, or a lack of encouragement can make continuing education seem unattainable. Choosing to learn a trade, develop practical skills, and invest in a future career is a courageous and meaningful step — one this scholarship aims to back.
